Refund Policy
Services related to the development of online stores, platform rental, and automated support are governed by Article 782 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection." Refund conditions depend on the type of service.
1. Refunds for Online Store Development Services
Online store development services are provided based on individual orders. According to Article 32 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection," you may cancel the service at any time, provided you cover the actual expenses incurred.
- Before the service begins: Full refund of the prepayment (minus bank fees, if applicable).
- During the service provision: Refund is possible minus the actual expenses incurred (e.g., for design development, programming, testing).
- After service completion: If the service is fully provided and meets the agreed technical specifications, no refund is available.
2. Refunds for Online Store Rental and Automated Support
Online store rental and automated support services are provided on a subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, or annual tariff plans). These services are classified as digital services, and refunds are governed by the terms of the contract/offer.
- Before the paid period begins: If you paid for a subscription but changed your mind before its use begins, a full refund is possible (minus bank fees, if applicable).
- During the paid period: No refunds are provided for the remaining subscription period, as the service is delivered as digital content with immediate access upon tariff plan activation.
- Automatic subscription renewal: If you do not notify us of cancellation before the current period ends, no refund is provided for the new period.
Refund Procedure
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send a written request to the email info@ewonta.shop or via the contact form on the website. Include:
- Order or contract number.
- Reason for the refund.
- Bank details for the refund (bank card).
- The request will be reviewed within 10 business days.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days from the approval of the request to the provided bank details.
A receipt confirming the payment is generated through the "My Tax" system and sent automatically in electronic form. An act of services rendered can be provided upon request for legal entities.
Special Cases
- Substandard service quality: If you believe the service was provided improperly, please report it in writing. The complaint will be reviewed, and solutions will be offered, including correcting deficiencies or issuing a refund (if applicable).
- Force Majeure: In case of force majeure circumstances, the parties are exempt from liability in accordance with Article 401 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
