This document (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) is a proposal by Sole Proprietor Dmitry Alexandrovich Khrenov, TIN 371800643622 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), to conclude a service agreement as described on the website https://ewonta.shop (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) under the terms below. The Offer is addressed to individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the “User”). Acceptance of the Offer means full and unconditional acceptance of its terms.
1.1. The Offer regulates the procedure for the provision of paid services by the Operator, including tariff plans, subscription for online store support, store creation and rental services, as described on the Website at: https://ewonta.shop/en/seller/price.
1.2. The Offer becomes effective upon publication on the Website at: https://ewonta.shop/en/offer and remains valid until revoked or replaced with a new version.
1.3. Acceptance of the Offer is considered to be any of the following actions by the User: registering on the Website, paying for services, or using the Website functionality after reviewing the Offer.

4.4. The Operator, registered under the professional income tax regime, provides an electronic receipt through the “My Tax” application in accordance with Russian law.
4.5. All payments are made in Russian rubles.

5.2. No refund is provided for the unused subscription period, as access to digital content is granted immediately after payment with the User's consent, and the service is considered fully rendered.

9.1. The Parties are released from liability for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure circumstances, including civil unrest, government prohibitions, natural disasters, fires, catastrophes, and also:
