This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) constitutes an offer by Individual Entrepreneur Dmitry Alexandrovich Khrenov (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), posted on the website https://ewonta.shop (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), to use the services and functionality of the Website under the terms set forth in this Agreement. The Agreement takes effect from the moment the User expresses consent to its terms in accordance with clause 1.3 of the Agreement.
1.1. The User confirms that, from the moment of registration on the Website and throughout the period of using the Website, they remain a User until they submit a request to the Operator to terminate all relations with the Website, modify, or delete their User data.
1.2. Use of the Website is governed by this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the terms of use for specific Website functions. The Operator may amend the Agreement without special notification. The new version of the Agreement takes effect upon its posting on the Website at: https://ewonta.shop/en/terms, unless otherwise specified in the new version.
1.3. By starting to use the Website or completing the registration process, the User is deemed to have accepted the terms of the Agreement in full, without any reservations or exceptions. If the User disagrees with any provisions of the Agreement, they may not use the Website.
1.4. The User confirms that they have reviewed the terms of the Agreement prior to using the Website and accepts them in full. If the User does not agree with the terms, they must cease using the Website.
2.1. The Operator provides Users with access to a platform for registration, account management, use of an administrative panel, as well as access to tariff plans, subscription to online store support services, and rental services.
2.2. To use certain Website functions, the User must complete registration, resulting in the creation of a unique account.
2.3. Personal information of the User contained in their account is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
2.4. During registration, the User independently selects a login and password for account access.
2.5. The User is responsible for the security and confidentiality of the chosen means of account access.
2.6. The User is responsible for all actions performed under their account, including cases where access data is transferred to third parties. All actions under the User’s account are deemed to be performed by the User, except in cases where the User notifies the Operator of unauthorized access at: info@ewonta.shop.
2.7. The User must immediately notify the Operator of any unauthorized access to their account or breach of confidentiality of their access credentials. The User must securely log out of their account at the end of each session. The Operator is not liable for data loss or other consequences resulting from the User’s violation of this clause.
2.8. The User may delete their account at any time through the Website’s functionality or by contacting the Operator at: info@ewonta.shop.
2.9. The Operator may send informational messages to Users. The User consents to receiving promotional messages in accordance with Part 1 of Article 18 of the Federal Law “On Advertising” and may opt out of such messages through the Website’s functionality or by sending a request to: info@ewonta.shop.
2.10. The Operator may collect User feedback to improve service quality. Feedback may be published with the User’s name (login) or anonymously.
2.11. Users with access to the administrative panel must maintain the confidentiality of other Users’ data and use such access solely for purposes provided by the Website.
3.1. The Operator provides paid services, including tariff plans, subscriptions for online store support, and rental services, the details of which are posted on the Website at: https://ewonta.shop/en/seller/price.
3.2. Payments are made via bank cards or bank transfers. The User must provide accurate payment information.
3.3. Subscriptions to services are automatically renewed for the next period unless the User cancels the subscription through the Website’s functionality or by contacting: info@ewonta.shop before the end of the current period.
3.4. Refunds are processed in accordance with Russian legislation. The User may request a refund by contacting: info@ewonta.shop. Refunds for unused subscription periods are not available.
3.5. The Operator is not liable for failures in the payment systems used for service payments.
3.6. Rental services are provided under the terms specified in the tariff plan. The User must use rented resources in accordance with their intended purpose and Russian legislation.

4.3. The Operator may remove any content violating the Agreement without notifying the User.

4.6. In case of a User’s violation of the Agreement, the Operator may suspend or delete the User’s account without prior notice.
5.1. By using the Website, the User consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5.2. Personal data is processed for the purposes of providing access to the personal account, processing requests, managing tariff plans, providing support and rental services, and sending notifications.
5.3. Consent to data processing remains valid for the duration of Website use and may be withdrawn by contacting: info@ewonta.shop.
6.1. The Website uses cookies and analytics services (Yandex.Metrika, Google Analytics) to improve functionality and provide personalized services. By continuing to use the Website, the User consents to the processing of cookies.
6.2. The User may disable cookies in their browser settings, which may limit the Website’s functionality.
7.1. The User is liable for their actions on the Website, including violations of third-party rights, Russian legislation, or the terms of paid services.
7.2. The Website may contain links to third-party resources. The Operator is not liable for their availability or content.
7.3. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted Website operation and is not liable for errors or failures, except as provided by Russian legislation.
7.4. The Operator is not liable for personal data provided by the User to third-party resources.
7.5. The Operator’s liability is limited to 10,000 rubles in accordance with Article 15 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and is imposed only if proven guilty.
8.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
8.2. All disputes related to the Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with Russian legislation.
